GPS Store.com, Garmin to join SS Green Light Racing

MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- The GPS Store.com and Garmin have agreed to sponsor SS Green Light Racing driver Chad McCumbee and the No. 07 Chevy in upcoming Camping World Truck Series races at California and Kansas. They had previously sponsored McCumbee when he drove for the team in 2006 and 2007.

The GPS Store.com and Garmin will adorn the quarter panels of the #07 at the San Bernardino County 200 on Saturday at Fontana and the O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas on April 25. The additional sponsorship will allow the SS Green Light Racing team to compete in two races that were not originally on the team's 2009 schedule.

Ken Smith and Bobby Dotter, co-owners of SS Green Light Racing, believe that this is a sign of good things to come for the team now in its eighth year of Truck Series competition. "Bobby and I are very pleased to have The GPS Store.com and Garmin join us. In these tough times it takes a lot for a company like The GPS Store to be involved," Smith said.

Added Dotter: "The GPS Store and Garmin have helped us to run two additional races and keep our goal of running Chad the full season alive, I can't thank them enough for the support they have given Chad and our team."
